Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and I'm ready to help.
you should see a doctor
you could have an H pylori bacterial infection in your stomach
your stomach could be producing too much stomach acid. you might need stronger stomach acid blockers like omeprazole to help decrease stomach acid.
you might even have a stomach ulcer.
milk of magnesia is a laxative and doesn't decrease stomach acid.
mylanta and sodium bicarb are mild antacids
you should eat regular meals.
when your stomach is empty, stomach acid often has nothing to work on and so it can digest the stomach and cause stomach ulcers.
stomach ulcers can often bleed and the blood from the stomach can turn your stools tar black.
do you have tar black stools?
