From excessive toilet paper rubbing yoo developed severe irritation.
So first thing, you need to use a intense moisturizer.
You can use Eucerine moisturizer.
Oatmeal bath is another nice home remedy to cool things down
Cucumber pieces and ice also help to stop burning.
Coconut oil also helps with its sotohing action.
6 hour long diarrhea sounds like food poisoning or a viral infection.
Imodium should help.
The dose i 2 tablets every 4 hours till diarrhea stops.
Drink plenty of gatorade as well.
If you develop fever, or see blood in stool or develop severe abdominal pain, then antibiotics will be needed for probably bacterial infection.

Hi. I have a somewhat different opinion here. Diarrhea that severe should not be managed by yourself at home. You really need to see a doctor today for an exam and stool studies and possible antibiotics. You could get dehydrated very quickly and you need to be seen right away
