Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, Experienced Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
Another lump can be another hernia.
That should be checked first by your doctor.
if not hernia, this can be scar tissue formation on the mesh from previous hernia repair.
The lump can press on the nerves supplying the area.
This will cause pain with activities or pressure.
Best solution will be to see a general surgeon and discuss about removing the lumps.
Temporarily, wear well supported garments, avoid heavy lifting, and Ibuprofen can be used as needed for pain control.
Thank you for sharing your concerns with us today. If you have any additional questions or need further clarifications, please do not hesitate to ask. I am here to answer them. I wish you good health. Regards, ***** *****
