How much time should dedicate to cardio vs weight training. I owrk out five times a day and my goal is to lose weight and feel better. I'm near 40 and spend almost all of my time working out doing cardio. Should I add weight training?

According to AHA and ESC guidelines excess weight loss more than 10% of body weight in 6 months can lead to weak heart so it is not recommended to lose weight all of a sudden.
You should do around 30-60 minutes of moderate intensity exercise which includes running at speed of 4-9 kmh for 30 minutes each day.
While you have to refrain from fatty meals and high carb diets.
