Hi there,
This is Dr Basu, Experienced Specialist.
I am here to address your concerns and provide great service.
Your salivary glands are not producing enough saliva.
They are likely being destroyed by your bod'y hyperactive immune system.
This is known as Sjogren syndrome.
You can try artificial saliva substitue available either solution or in spray form.
Thye can keep your mouth moist with frequent use.
Also ginger and lemon help to saliva flow.
There is a prescription medication called Cevimeline.
Cevimeline is used orally 30 mg 3 times daily with good results when above options fail.
Pilocarpine is another medication that can be used successfully.
Please discuss with your doctor.
Best wishes,
It was my pleasure to help you today.
