this would indicate inflammation of the liver cells.
You need further testing.
This should include:
Hepatitis C and B screens.
ANA to rule out autoimmune disease.
Iron studies and ferritin to rule out hemochromatosis.
Possibly an ultrasound of the liver.
Such reactions can happen from any toxic exposure as well.
