If both my legs are swollen +3 ptiing and the waist line is no more and hard and hurts ijn the stomach area with nausea past 3 days would factor V leiden be a problem or could there be a clot arterial and what test can be run.

If you have both legs swollen, that means the venous drainage from the both legs are getting obstructed.
Also abdominal symptoms suggest the problem likely lies in the abdomen or pelvis.
So the blood clot can be big and affecting the common femoral vein or iliac vein.
Now there can also be arterial problem like aortic aneurysm in the abdomen.
The best test will be CT angiogram of the abdomen pelvis.
other possibilities will include heart failure, kidney disease or liver disease.
