Have Medical Questions? Ask a Doctor Online!
Hi there. Thank you for your question. I will be helping you out with your queries
Since how long are you having this current episode of pain?
Do you have any other medical problems?
Are you on any medications for anything?
Please let me know.
Is the painful area tender to touch?
When was the last time you were tested?
I personally think that although this may be related to the previous episodes of pain that you are having this could be something unrelated as well.I would also like that you should have a test that is called as prophobilinogen in the urine done to make sure to rule out a condition called as acute intermittent porphyria.
I do not think that blood work up will show anything.
You will require imaging studies like a CT scan and probably a prophobilinogen test of the urine as well to rule out conditions. We have to think out of the box in your case because all the common causes have been ruled out with testing so we have to think of something that has not been tested for
Its mostly the intestine. There is urinary bladder.
There are lymph nodes which can cause such pain.
You are most welcome
