I'm having some worrying symptoms. I had a period 3 weeks

I'm having some worrying symptoms. I had a period 3 weeks ago. It was much shorter than usual, it lasted 3 days as opposed to the usual 7, but it was a normal flow. The day after my period I started getting vaginal cramps, dull aches in the walls of my uterus it feels like. My boobs are sore, I've been very tired, I've had headaches, a runny nose, constipation. I've gained at least 8 lbs over the last 3 weeks...Everything I've read says these are all signs of pregnancy, but I've taken 3 HPTs and they have all been negative. is there anything else that this could be?

Thanks for this question
And you are not on birth control?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

I am not on birth control. my boyfriend and I use condoms, but admittedly haven't been as careful as we could be.

Thanks for this reply
I think this is most likely pregnancy
It is probably too early for the tests
Your period was actually probably implantation of the fetus into the womb
Wait a couple weeks and it will likely be positive
Congratulations! :)

thank you, ***** ***** this isn't pregnancy?

It could possibly be a thyroid problem, ovarian cyst or a variety of other problems.
If you turn out not to be pregnant then I would get a full hormone panel and pelvic exam with pelvic ultrasound done.
