Plugged eustachion tubes. How can I get them permanently cleared & is
the insertion of a small tube By a Doctor any Help?
Hello, this is Dr. David. I have read your question and I'm ready to help.

if you are using nose sprays like afrin regularly, you body could be use to the nose spray and you could be getting congested if you don't use it.

you need to slowly slowly taper yourself off of the nose spray so you can breath again. sometimes this needs the help from a doctor

tubes are not used for eustachion tubes. tubes are sometimes put in the ear drum if you have chronic fluid in your middle ear.

how often are you using nasal sprays? are you using afrin?

how old are you?

I have not used Afrin ,But used Vicks Sinex ,Neosynephrin

Also Prescription ibratropiumbromide & plain saline Spray

Vicks sinex contains Oxymetazoline which should not be used for more than 3 days.

you could have a sinus infection which might require antibiotics.

you need to see an ENT doctor and have your sinuses and throat evaluated

you also might need a sinus CT scan to look for chronic inflammation in your sinuses

do you have insurance to be able to see an ENT doctor and get these tests?
