It's the first time just few minutes ago, never happend to me before..

there is no pain, no burning sensation, nor pain in abdomen..

Dear Tarek,
Thank you for providing quick additional info.
Blood in urine/few drops of blood in urine is medically called as hematuria.
Often, bloody urine is from a problem in your kidneys or other parts of the urinary tract or its the prostate. Its most common causes are:benign pro static hyperplasia (BPH; enlarged prostate),prostate infection or inflammation (prostities)kidney stones and bladder stones, infection of the bladder, kidney, or urethra.
Other causes can be blood related disorders or certain medications can also cause this.
You need following tests:
-Urinalysis(Urine culture & sensitivity test)
-Kidney x-ray
-Abdominal ultrasound
-Other blood tests
At your age,the most probable cause can be kidney stone or prostatitis.Although there is nothing serious about this but it should not be ignored.
So for confirmation,I advice you to make an appointment with your doctor to have these tests done so as to know the exact underlying cause & then treatment will be done accordingly.
Hope this helped.

I just had my annual medical check up yesterday..

I did a blood/urine test and X ray as well..

Do you think it could be because something I ate yesterday??

Dear Tarek,
I can understand that seeing blood in urine can make anyone conscious & worried.
It is unlikely that this blood in urine can be due to something you ate.
Another possibility of sudden blood in urine can be if you get any injury or got hit on your private parts.
The most probable cause can be kidney stone or prostatitis.
Let the reports of these blood & urine tests come & the things will be much more clear to reach near to the exact diagnosis.
Hope this helped.
