the heart burn and burning of the throat could be a sign of acid reflux of acid coming up the stomach up into the throat and causing the burning throat and heart burn.
sometimes acid blocking agents such as over the counter pepcid or zantac or prevacid can help block acid production in the stomach and this can help your symptoms.
have you ever considered taking this acid blockers before?
have you tried tums or malox or mylanta acid neutralizers?
