I am online and happy to help you with your question today.

RickMD :

Do you have any medical problems or take any medication?

RickMD :

What do you mean by cramping? Does it hurt when you breathe? Do you have any other symptoms then this cramping?

Customer:

no

Customer:

cramping under rib cage

Customer:

just\

Customer:

and side, it was very un comfortable i was at a funeral

Customer:

no it doesn't hurt to breathe, I feel fine, but sore like when you've had a cramp in your leg etc

Customer:

Hey Doc, u still there ??

RickMD :

When you had the first cramp that lasted 40 seconds, was it in your chest, your abdomen, your side etc?

RickMD :

My nurse had to ask me a question :)

Customer:

left side, I was climbing out of an Expedition from the back seat

RickMD :

And now, would you say that things are much better?

Customer:

yes, just sore - am i way to dehydrated

RickMD :

One more thing. If you take both hands and squeeze up and down you calves, pressing kinda hard in the middle of your calves, is there any tenderness or pain?

Customer:

no

RickMD :

Ok. Well, one of the things we worry about is a clot from your leg going up to your lungs. This is called a pulmonary embolis and can happen after sitting for a long time, such as on a road trip or an airplane ride.

RickMD :

At this point, from what you have told me, I think you are OK.

Customer:

thank you very much

RickMD :

My pleasure. Have a good day.
