If you are careful enough than you may try. Few things to avoid if you decide to go - Avoid exercises which increase intraabdominal tension {makes your abdominal muscles contract}. This pulls the rib cage downwards thus causing harm to pleura. Avoid any exercises which make you breath faster/ avoid upper limb exercises.
