Hi there...
Please tell me do you have pain in umbilical area?
What other symptoms do you have along with pain?
Any history of constipation or burning urine?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
not that far down..just in belly region. No it doesn't seem to be gas or bloating, no constipation and yes burning urine

Thanks for info pain in right middle of abdomen can be because of different reasons as different structures lie here like part of colon, right kidney, ureter so pain can comes from any of the relevant structure,if you have pain along with bloating and burning urine you should get ultrasonography to see the status of kidney, ureter and bladder, meanwhile get Urine RE to rule out evidence of infection.
Treatment of each condition is different so please get test and proceed further, for temporary pain control you can use over the counter TAb Naproxen 220mg two tablets twice a day.
Regards,if you found my response helpful please leave positive feedback for me.
Thanks and wish you good health.
