It is hard to predict. Some patients will reject their organs immediately (within days) after stopping these drugs
Some will live quite a while (months to a year)
The liver is one of the less immunogenic organs so I would say probably not immediately
I would say days to weeks probably
However, you should not do this as that would mean certain death eventually

It is vague because the outcome is going to be very unpredictable.
My best guess would be days to weeks.
That is as strict as any doc will be able to narrow it down.
