Hello
This is a low level
And without other abnormalities not likely to represent much
It could be a toxic reaction to a medication
It could be due to alcohol.

I would have the lab repeated.
Your doctor can call this in.
If going higher then move the appointment up.
but they could be normal on repeat testing
