Since when are you having pain? Do you have associated symptoms like fever/ burning during pee/ abnormal bowel movement?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
since diarhea no fever no burning during pee but abnormal bowel movement.sometimes feel like having spasm in back and abdomen

I can understand your anxiety.
We need to consider few causes. Pain at right back radiating to right upper abdomen makes me think of abnormality at colon, gall bladder or liver as my first bet. I would also think of renal abnormality or irritation of the nerve.
Abnormality can be either inflammation/ infection or some mass. In your case as pain is associated with abnormal bowel movement I would first think of excess gas formation at the colon may be secondary to some infection {viral, bacterial or parasitic}.
The symptoms being there since Monday worry me a bit. I would get a physical evaluation along with few investigations like blood and stool analysis/ ultrasound of the abdomen/ colonoscopy to get more answers.
Till then - warm compress should relieve pain/ have balanced diet, adequate fluid. Avoid alcohol, dairy products or fatty foods.
Please do not worry, you will be fine soon.
God bless

cold it also be the cold.sometimes have to go out at night and the temperature is below 0 degrees to go to toilet to urinate.

Exposure to cold may cause spasm at the muscles giving pain. BUT it being located only on one of the side needs further evaluation.
