This can be related to the kidney infection or kidney stones.
Lower back problem can also cause these symptoms.
Hence, an ultrasound or CT scan should be done to rule out the kidney disease first.
If there is no kidney disease, this is likely related to muscle spasm from nerve impingement at lumbar spine.
MRI spine will be helpful.
Start physical therapy.
You can try ibuprofen for pain. Drink plenty of fluids.
But do get it checked out for kidney problem.
