Resolved Question:

Patient cannot flex foot more than 90 degrees without pain at back of ankle. She snapped Achilles tendon 12 years ago but has had no problem since. It healed in plaster without the need for surgery.

i was asking about injury few hours back ?

Pain started own its own or its started after trauma or twisting of ankle?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
no injury - she was lying on a sun lounger when she attempted to stretch her foot and it was very painful. Then she was unable to walk without pain.

Thanks for all the information.

It is difficult to tell exact cause of her pain.

Give her pain killer like Ibuprofen or acetaminophen.

Do not try to stretch too much,

Tell her to take rest.

If no relief then get her examined by a doctor.

X-ray of ankle and foot will be required.

Thanks
