reason for surgery was the pain in legs while walking . mra found major blockage in right leg and some in left. surgery done approx, 7 weeks ago.redness, tenderness and swelling around lower incision near knee. groin area is ok.

Your symptoms are suggestive of infection. You would need a course of injectable antibiotic. Your doctor may consider getting blood work for the complete blood count and a blood culture, which are done to confirm the infection.
