Since how long you have this?

Does this get aggravated after food?

Have you tried anything?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.

It started about 2 days ago. I was very stressed out and irritated. Nothing really aggravates it. It is a constant pain. I also haven't been going to the washroom well.

Ok thanks for your input.

When did you pass your stool last time?

This pain is like burning or cramping?

Does this come and go?

Have you tried any medicine?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.

Today, but it was difficult and it wasn't a lot. And yesterday I went fine, but I feel very bloated.

Its just a bruised pain, its tender but its not bruised.

Yes it does come and go. I was fine earlier today and then it started again around lunch time.

I haven't tried any medication.

Thanks for your input.

This can be due to acid reflux in the stomach and can be due to constipation as well.

The bloat, stomach pain and a bruised feeling makes acid reflux a possibility.

I suggest that you should start taking OTC cap omepraole once daily and tab hyoscine thrice daily. Take high fiber diet like psyllium husk and drink lot of water.

Avoid smoking, drinking, spicy foods etc. Take probiotics like yogurt.

If the symptoms do not resolve in 36 hrs or worsen you should visit doctor but hopefully will not be required.

I would like to add that you should take some over the counter stool softener and if constipation gets relieved you will feel much better.

I hope this helps you. Please ask is you have any query.
