Resolved Question:

toes are numb , after wearing 3" high heels for 12 hours. This was on April 30. Still numb, just involves 3 toes. mostly the right foot. The left foot is not as bad. Can move toes, just feels funny, just a sensation like.

There has been nerve compression or damage..
Where side box toe shoes only.
This might not only be in the foot and you need to have our lower spine checked.
An MRI would be preferable if indicated on exam.

High heels could have aggravated a disc problem than now has compressed a nerve root or the spine could be in worse shape than realized over the years.

Treatment would be physical therapy.

Such nerve pain can occur from other causes as well.
unknown cause
Disc disease in the lower spine..being over weight makes this more likely, an MRI would reveal this
B vitamin deficiencies
Certain autoimmune diseases and neurologic disease such as poly neuropathy
Liver or kidney disease
Hidden infections
Heavy metal toxicity
hidden malignancy
