I have a mri results. The brain parenchyma demonstrates
The brain parenchyma demonstrates normal signal intensity. There is no evidence of mass, pathological parenchymal or dural enhancement, intracranial hemorrhage or areas of restricted diffusion to suggest subacute or acute ischemia. The corpus callosum, tectum and pineal gland are normal. The basal ganglia. thalami and brainstem are normal. Again noted is crowding of the foramen magnum with 8 mm inferior descent of the cerebellar tonsils beyond the foramen magnum with subtle peg like deformity. The pituitary microadenoma within the left lateral adenohypophysis is better characterized in brain VlRI pituitary protocol performed 7/19/2021, and has not significantly changed in size, measuring up to 7 111m The brain parenchymal volume and architecture are normal. The ventricles are of normal size and configuration. There are no extra axial fluid collections. The basal cisterns are patent and the vascular flow voids are unremarkable for technique. The bone marrow signal is normal. There is minimal mucosal thickening in the left maxillary sinus floor. Otherwise the paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are well aerated.
