I can understand your anxiety.
Although blood pressure varies from person to person, a blood pressure reading of 90 mm Hg or less systolic blood pressure or 60 mm Hg or less diastolic blood pressure is generally considered low blood pressure.
The symptoms of low blood pressure are - Dizziness/ Lack of concentration/ Blurred vision/ Nausea/ Cold, clammy, pale skin/ Rapid, shallow breathing/ Fatigue/ Depression/ Thirst.
Headache worries me. It needs further evaluation. It can be due to varied conditions like intracranial abnormality {infection/ inflammation/ mass lesion}/ referred pain from sinuses, ear, eye or cervical spine/ migraine/ stress/ tension headache.
You need to have balanced and healthy diet/ have adequate fluid {to avoid dehydration}.
Wish you well. God bless
