I feel dizzy - lightheaded almost and I seem to want to lean

Resolved Question:

I feel dizzy - lightheaded almost and I seem to want to lean to one side or the other. When I stand up I can't stand still I seem to sway back and forth. I mostly sway to my left. What does this mean?
