See your primary care first
The reason is that this could be either circulation or nerve.
If nerve it is likely to be due to disc disease in the neck.
Your primary can order an MRI of the neck and an ultrasound of the arm to look at circulation.
Do this this week.
YOu have waiting long enough as this could be growing nerve damage.
good luck
