When I listen to music I sometimes have a quick tingling

Resolved Question:

When I listen to music I sometimes have a quick tingling sensation in my head and then down my spine. Is this normal? I have been suffering from anxiety and serve hypochondria as of late. I do also have tingling sometimes in my head hands and feet without breathing fast. Is this also normal?

hi

Dr PG (M.D.) :

welcome to just answer

Dr PG (M.D.) :

are you present online?

Dr PG (M.D.) :

the symptoms that you are describing mostly due to axiety

Dr PG (M.D.) :

once your symptoms of anxiety improve, these symptoms will also improve

Dr PG (M.D.) :

the other possibility is hypothyroid or low thyroid hormone

Dr PG (M.D.) :

this ca be verified by getting a blood thyroid function test done

Dr PG (M.D.) :

also dehydration (due to weather change), low electrolytes, low calcium etc can also cause similar symptoms

Dr PG (M.D.) :

for this you need to increase your water intake and take oral supplements of calcium, magnesium and increase electrolyte intake by taking juice/gatorade etc

Dr PG (M.D.) :
