Hi. Welcome to JustAnswer. I shall try my best to assist you while you are corresponding with me.

The liver is most commonly affected causing fatty degeneration of the liver and alcoholic cirrhosis is the end result which is irreversible liver damage.

Stomach and the pancreas can also be affected causing gastritis in the stomach and acute pancreatitis. The kidneys are rarely the target of direct alcohol abuse but can be damaged secondarily due to pancreatitis or liver cirrhosis.

Hope this helps.
