my platelet count is 148 and my lymphocytes is 44.1 this comes from a fasting blood test . should I be concerned. iam a 58 white female. Thanks

Your platelet count is in the low normal range and is nothing to worry about at this time. Should it drop lower then that might need to be further investigated.

Your lymphocytes of 44.1% are slightly elevated with the normal being 20-40%. However, because it is only a slight elevation I would not worry too much about it, especially if you have no symptoms.

iam worried about bone marrow with regards ***** ***** age. osteoperosis (sp?) setting in?

arthiritis.....should i take vitamins?

Well as far as your tests are concerned, I do not see any reason to worry about bone marrow or osteoporosis. Although considering your age, osteoporosis is one thing your doctor should monitor you for. And I would re commend taking calcium supplements daily.
