this is likely from nerve impingement ('pinched nerve) at your lower back.
arthritis at lower spine usually causes this.
you should consider the stretching exercises at home as shown in these videos:
i have a internal medicine doctor but of course its the weekend what would be treatment until i get to see him/
Please also consider seeing a physical therapist for guided exercise program to strengthen your lower back muscles & release the pressure on the nerves.
you can take ibuprofen for pain and discomfort for now.

that is laso due to the nerve impingement at wrist also known as carpal tunnel syndrome.
please use a wrist splint to immobilize your wrist especially at night time.
your symptoms will usually improve over time.
please also get checked for following conditions like diabetes, thyroid disease & vitamin B12 deficiency which can cause these symptoms as well.
