I can understand your anxiety.

Few causes need to be considered. Reduced blood supply leads to altered oxygen to them {abnormality at heart or lung}/ kidney disease {build-up of nitrogen waste products in the blood}/ liver disease/ thyroid abnormality/ long standing illness/ injury/ infection/ malnutrition or vitamin deficiency/ aging.

In nut shell it does not indicate to a single disease but definitely tells that there is some abnormality going on.
