How can I unlock a "trigger: finger. It's been locked for 5 hours and I've tried hot water, ice water. Nothing seems to relax it this time.
Dear Celtwinv,
Hello.Massaging may be tried which you have already done as also soaking in warm water. .You probably need to see your doctor/Orthopaedician who may try a percutaneous needle release under local anaesthesia failing which surgery would be the answer. You probably have already received steroid injections and analgesics.Cortisone injections may also be done along with percutaneous needle release.
