Welcome to Just Answer...

Sorry to hear about your problem...

Excessive looping or colon that has been detected on colonoscopy can occur

normally...This is due to the fact that some areas of the colon are not fixed, and as

the colonoscope is advanced, many loops are formed due to tight turns in these

non-fixed areas of the colon...When the scope is advanced and these loops are

stretched, the patients can experience pain and discomfort, which appears to be the

reason for pain in your case as well...

I hope this answers your question...

Kindest Regards...
