I do not have a prescription. IApprox. 60 hrs. pasted since taking the Norco's before the drug screen. Will the traces be enough to consider the test dirty?

Hello,
Usually it is out of your system in 2 to 3 days (so maximum of 72 hours from taking the medication) - here is a website for you:

Not sure about understanding the sensitivity cut-off. For cocaine 300 ng. Is this what I need to look at for the ingredients in Norco. And does that mean if there's 300 ng or less I will be okay
Doctor: Dr. Owen, Board Certified Physician replied 8 years ago
NO, norco does NOT have cocaine.
Forget about the cocaine.

The DOT drug screen for what it is worth does not actually identify hydrocodone (the opiate in Norco).

Many physicians and employees do not understand that the DOT "opiates" test only detects heroin, codeine and morphine. It does not identify the synthetic opiates such as oxycodone or hydrocodone.

The federal employee and subsequent drug testing programs were part of the "war on (illegal) drugs". It was not designed to detect prescription drug abuse.
