Dear Jacustomer,

I see you are offline,so let me answer your question.

The blood pressure you mentioned is not high.

For your dizziness and ear ringing(tinnitus) I will advise that you see a physician who can do a physical exam, epleye maneuver, as underlying menierre disease or benign positional vertigo may lead to similar symptoms as yours.
Also ask the physician to check your blood pressure at sitting and standing position as fall in blood pressure also may lead to dizziness,so that too should be ruled out.
Meanwhile you may take over the counter meclizine which will help to subsode your dizziness and tinnitus.
