What can cause pain in the penis?

Resolved Question:

I have a sharp shooting pain in my penis. The pain also moves to my anus and my abdomen. Any clue about what might be wrong?

Since when is the pain? Do you have any pain on pee/ pass blood in urine? Are you on any medication/ have any diagnosed medical condition?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

The pain has been for 2 days now. No pain during urination, no blood in urine. No medication or conditions.

I can understand your anxiety.
Pain at penis is worrisome. We need to consider few causes. It suggests that there at the urethra {pipe through which urine flows out} or there may be a small calculus irritating the urethra. Other possibility is inflammation/ infection at prostate, urinary bladder or testis. Pain at anus and abdomen may suggest either referred pain or inflammation there.
I would suggest you to have a physical check up along with few investigations like ultrasound of abdomen and scrotum/ urine analysis/ xray abdomen/ blood tests to clinch the diagnosis.
Till than have plenty of water/ hot compress and anti inflammatory tabs will help.
Please do not worry, you will be fine soon. God bless
