Thanks for information.

With the history of high blood pressure, obesity, high cholesterol the most probable reason for your numbness in your fingers may be carpel tunnel syndrome, where there is compression of the median nerve in the wrist which leads to feeling of the numbness in the fingers specially the lateral 3 1/2 fingers.
The reason for back pain radiating to lower limb at this age may be either-
-A prolapsed disc in your back

-Lumber spondylosis in vertebrae of the back.

You should do following to have relief in all this-

1.Reduce your weight .It may be the reason for your carpel tunnel syndrome & excess stress on your back.

2.Start wearing a lumbosacral corset. It will help in keeping your spine in normal shape & avoid abnormal movement at the back.

3.Do warm fomentation at the back.It will help in relieving pain at the back.

4.You may consult to your doctor & have some test to rule out the [problem like EMG/NCV tests for carpel tunnel syndrome while a x ray for the back.

5.Your doctor may give you relief in your finger numbness by injection local steroid injection at the wrist.

6.To have relief in the pain you may have an analgesic like tramadol with paracetamol.Which will be very helpful for you.

Hope all this will give you relief.
