Hi, l have just heard about PROLOTHERAPHY, a non-surgical series

Resolved Question:

Hi, l have just heard about PROLOTHERAPHY, a non-surgical series of injections that contain naturall ingredients. Apparently it is really effective in treating chronic pain especially joint pains, back and shoulder pain etc. I have had spinal stenosis which resulted in seemly permanent nerve-damage in my back resulting in a drop-foot. My question - could Prolotherapy help????
Any other suggestions to help nerve-regeneration would be gladly accepted?????
Thanks Dehlia

I do not think this would help you.

There is no convincing evidence that use of this technique even helps injured tendons nor ligaments.

Attempting to make injections into the damaged nervous tissue in your back would be technically very difficult and without any potential benefit from a scientific point of view.
