Resolved Question:

I have a small, hard bump on the side of my toe. It is very tender and sore, can't stand for it to touch the toe next to it. Do I need to see a Doctor or could a patch for a corn from the pharmacy help?

Thanks for your question.

It sounds like a painful corn.

You can try over the counter salicylic acid patch ( corn remover) for a week or so to see if it goes away.

Also keep your feet under warm water for atleast 5 minutes before applying the solution ( to soften up the bump).

If it still persists, then please see a podiatrist ( foot doctor).
