Hello...
Since how many days you have these symptoms?

ive experianced this for 2 or 3 weeks. the blood isnt mixed w the stool. its like my skin is bleeding. some constipation but it hurts even when im not constipated. this sounds weird but it almost feels like my poop is sharp and is cutting me
Well, i understand your condition. This can be due to any of these causes-
1. Anal fissure- It is a cut or tear occurring in the anus and it extends upwards into the anal canal
2. Hemorrhoids,(piles)
Both of these condition, causes blood from anal region and pain while passing stool.
You need to be examined by doctor, clinical examination and par rectum examination (if required) should be done .
Accordingly management will be advised.
I suggest you to see your doctor , for evaluation and management. take care

what is a hemorrhoid?
It is a condition, where the veins around the anus or lower rectum are swollen and inflamed. They can be external or inside the skin.
It can be managed with sitz bath and hemorrhoidal cream or suppository. Please see your doctor for management.
