Do you have Diabetes / Altered taste sensation ?

This can be an inflammation of the Parotid Gland, this is a salivary Gland on the side of your face and that would cause a one sided swelling.
This should cause pain and warmth over the area too.
An acute facial swelling can be from an infection / inflammation and that is why you have been prescribed the Antibiotics.
Try applying gentle heat over the area along with the antibiotics.
If this swelling still persists after completion of the course of antibiotics, you need to consider having an Ultrasound of the Area to look for the cause of this swelling.
