Dear Sir:

You need to go to the emergency room and get evaluated for a sprained back or occult fracture in the hips. They will do x-rays of the hips. Sometimes, a kidney stone or kidney infection can also cause these symptoms. You need to get a urine analysis. Please go to the emergency room. This is the only way to know for sure what is wrong. Good luck!
