Welcome to justanswer!

Hematocrit or pack cell volume is the volume of the blood occupied by RBCs. also called erythrocyte volume fraction. so there is direct relationship between RBC count and hematocrit.

decrease in hematocrit and RBC count with other normal values on CBC may simply indicate hemorrhage (could be menstrual bleed).

With iron deficiency there is decrease in MCV and RDW associated with low hemoglobin.
