Can't say as I have, and I can't google it--can you tell me more about it?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
It is sold mailorder and by phone-no website! Made by Salveo Nutrition and Science Institute. Says it has a powerful concetration of Chromium Picolate and you place a tablet under your tongue and let it disolve. No other ingredients are in the mailout.

Chromium picolinate has been touted to help with weight loss, but, before we go on--is that you problem, and, if so what have you tried thusfar?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
I am interested in weight loss. I have a very stubborn 20lbs to lose, cutting calories and walking has helped, just can't seem to get rid of that last 20 lbs.

How many calories, on average, do you consume in a day?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Average 1200. I also wear a pedometer and do 10,000 steps per day. I am 5'8" and weight 195lbs. I want to know if Chromium Picolinate is safe for me to consume.
Expert:  Dr Chip (M.D.) replied 7 years ago.
Up to 1200 mcgm per day shoud be safe. The reported side effects are palpitations and sleeplessness, and there is one study that hints at cancer risk, but I take that with a grain of salt.
