Hi

The normal range of hemoglobin for men is 14 to 17 grams per deciliter .

Having hemoglobin level of less than 13.5 gram per deciliter is called as Anemia. Your hemoglobin is level is very low.

This can be due to -either decrease in production of red blood cell or hemoglobin, or by the loss or destruction of blood.

Doctor can prescribe iron supplements. Also In severe anemia, blood transfusions may be necessary. Vitamin B12 injections will be necessary .

So, you should see doctor, and get appropriate management.
