Hi, I need some info. How old are you? Any weakness in your hands?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
i am 55 years old i have some weaknes in both my hands

I'm concerned about the twitching and the weakness. Have you seen a doc? Twitching can be from an electrolyte abnormality or from ALS or Lew Gehrig's disease. This should be checked out.

why would my palms be so red for

Don't know if it's related to the twitching. Circulation in your hands needs to be checked. Some peripheral neuropathies cause dilation of the capillaries and reddning of the skin. At this point there are a number of tests and things to look for on exam.So I can't give you a diagnosis, but just some thoughts as to where the workup should be focused
