Your blood pressure is normal.
I assume you may be on blood pressure lowering medications.
Your pulse is high ( >100), termed as tachycardia.
You mentioned about dizziness during morning for past 2 days.
If you feel dizziness whenever you stand up, it may be a sign of orthostatic hypotension ( your blood pressure drops more than normal when you stand up), caused by dehydration, medications, or heart conditions.
If your pulse is persistently high & you are dizzy, it is prudent to rule out cardiac arrhythmias (irregular or fast heart beats).
You need to get a EKG & blood tests ( comprehensive metabolic panel etc.)
My advice for you is to go to emergency room & get checked out.
