How long is he having this?

Did he have any treatment?

Did he have any other symptom or previous illness?

What were the test results?

Thank you.
Customer: replied 8 years ago.

Thank you for the information,

The symptom he is having seems to be due to prostatorrhea.

Here there can be discharge of prostatic secretion involuntarily.

This can come from chronic prostatic inflammation.

The cause is not std always.

He needs to consult an urologist ,if not done yet.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Please ask if you need any clarification.

Best wishes.

but why does it go away with antibiotics? i have more questions
Expert:  Dr .Saha replied 8 years ago.
The cause of the inflammation can be infection.

All infections in the urinary tract are not STDs.

he had a prostate exam and they apparently didnt find anything wrong- hes also only 26- so UTIs are pretty uncommon- maybe kidney stones? he had gout recently

The other cause of white odorless discharge is excess phosphate found mostly in concentrated urine.

Uric acid stone in kidney will usually cause pain, blood in urine.
