You probably have blood in the urine. This can be due to either an infection, a tumor or a stone. Please consult a rologist for a checkup, a urine analysis and a cystoscopy.

I hope this helps.

You say probably blood in urine. If not blood from uinfection, stone, or tumor (yikes!), what else could it be?

Occasionally certain medicines can cause the urine to turn reddish. But this is usually a constant red colored urine, not in dots. A urine analysis will help in being more definite.
